As part of a family of cafe/restaurant owners, Marco sources the very best fresh produce from friends and family who operate a range of fruit, vegetable and butcher businesses within Sydney.


Contessa’s free range eggs are delivered directly from a farm on the Hawksberry River and our breads and sweets are delivered straight from the Luxe Bakery ovens to our café at 6am every morning.


We are also proud to announce that we have recently improved the quality of our coffee beans and are now serving Jack and the Bean Boutique coffee!

Marco, a self confessed foodie comes from a history of Italian chefs and grew up with a beautiful relationship with quality food and wine. His passion for food and cooking stems from his grand parents and parents recipes and kitchen table. Through extensive travel to New York and Europe, Marco has successfully modernized traditional dishes without compromising the traditional Italian elements. He also has introduced his own flair and love for the American inspired dishes to his menu.

Whilst you may see new American inspired dishes in the mix, the old favourites that go back to Adoncello’s Italian roots, will always remain. The classics such as Marco’s Nonna’s original Meatball Linguini pasta and his father’s Mushroom Parmesan Risotto continue to be the talk amongst the locals.
